Key Responsibilities:

• Lookout the market to generate leads for potential clients form the market.
• Direct visit the market to hunt the prospect. Follow-up with existing and potential customers with new offers.
• Maintain relationship with, Interior House, Architect & Consultant, SCM, Corporate House, MNC.
• Will also be responsible preparing price quotations, ensuring product delivery, collecting payment and report to supervisor and respective department properly.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
• Prepare and submit daily sales activity report in the prescribed format.
• The candidates will have to work in the Corporate Sales & Marketing team.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.

Employment Status: FullTime
Educational Requirements: Bachelor/Honors
Skills Required: Interior Design, Real Estate Marketing, Real Estate, Furniture Industry
Experience Requirements

• 3 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Furniture Manufacturer, Furniture, Interior Design.

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 30 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Strong Communication and prospect identification skill
• Good knowledge in Furniture & Interior
• Well-organized, co-operative and a good team player with pleasant personality
• Analytical and strategic thinking to drive sales growth

Job Location: Dhaka
Salary: Tk. 20000 25000 (Monthly)
