Job Responsibilities:

Planning for Proper Progress of Project Works.
Monitoring the Project Progress and taking Action Plan depending upon the needs.
Improving Workmanship, Quality of each item of Works.
Providing Safety guideline to all the workers.
To coordinate with different department to provide necessary decision to the Project.
Supervise and Monitor Structural, Masonry and Finishing work to ensure the Quality of Construction.
Maintain Liaison with officers and/or any Sub-Contractors & Supervisor.

Educational Requirements: B.Sc in Civil Engineering from reputed University.

Job Requirements:

Must have Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
05 (Five) Years or more working Experience in Real Estate Industry after Graduation.
Must have adequate knowledge on Multi-Storied Basement and Finishing Work especially in Fair-face & Cladding.
High attention to Details & Accuracy.
Extensive Knowledge on Real Estate/ Developer Business and Present Construction Scenario.
Extensive Knowledge on Updated/ New Building Materials.
Should be Smart, Energetic, Self-motivated.
Customer friendly Attitude & Polite Behavior.
Extensive Knowledge in MS Office Package.
Must have Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
