Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Tech Lead to join our growing team. The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading the technical development and optimization of our Android mobile applications, driving technical innovation and ensuring the highest standards of quality for our healthcare service platform.
Position: Tech Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Android developers, ensuring alignment with the product vision, technical objectives, and organizational goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and growth.
- Drive business development efforts to build a scalable and repeatable sales model.
- Develop high-quality business strategies and plans, ensuring their alignment with the short-term and long-term objectives of the company.
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the rall with the overall
rela Strategy and mission. - Build trust relations with key key partners and stakeholders.
- Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention.
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g., data protection).
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization.
- Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.
- Oversee expenses s and budgeting to to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
- Managing concerned vendors and third parties on a demand basis.
- Any other relevant task assigned by the management.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Android app development.
At least 2 years in a technical leadership role, leading Android teams and managing technical projects. - Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and design principles.
- Extensive experience with Java and Kotlin for Android development.
- Familiarity with Android SDK, Android Studio, and associated tools.
- Knowledge of integrating third-party APIs, payment gateways, and healthcare-specific APIs.
