Kisan Botanix Limited Career
Post Name: Tissue Culture Lab Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the tissue culture laboratory.
- Develop and implement protocols for tissue culture propagation, focusing on Potato and Gerbera.
- Ensure quality control and consistency in plant propagation processes.
- Supervise and train lab staff, ensuring compliance with safety and procedural guidelines.
- Monitor inventory and procure lab supplies and equipment as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or biological issues in the tissue culture process.
- Maintain accurate records of lab activities and ensure timely reporting to management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Agriculture, Plant Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in tissue culture, specifically with Potato and/or Gerbera.
- Strong knowledge of lab management and tissue culture protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in maintaining a clean and sterile lab environment.
