POSITION TITLE: Software Systems Administrator
LOCATION: DHAKA
SALARY: 50000 60000 (Monthly)
Job Responsibilities:
Software Management
- Administer and maintain the organization’s software systems.
- Ensure all platforms are updated, secure, and functioning effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
User Support and Training
- Assist users in navigating and effectively utilizing software systems.
- Provide onboarding training and create user guides or tutorials.
- Respond to user inquiries and technical support requests promptly.
Workflow and Policy Development
- Design and implement workflows within software platforms to improve efficiency.
- Set up user permissions, access controls, and other system rules.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data protection standards.
Performance Monitoring & Data Visualization
- Regularly monitor performance and usage metrics.
- Design monitoring system through data visualization and dashboards.
- Identify opportunities for optimization or integration of new tools.
- Collaborate with vendors for system upgrades and improvements.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Skills Required: Software Implementation, Canva, Zoho CRM, Google workspace, ClickUP, Zoho Books
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):NGO

Skills
- Familiarity with workflow automation and user permission settings.

- Certification in software administration or IT systems.
Experience:
