Post Name: Front Office Associate, General Service
Job function: Front Office Operations
Location: Head Office
Job type: Permanent
Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests warmly with positive impression
• Attend professionally in-house and external phone calls
• Collaborate with other departments (E.g., ID card printing, pay order and tax certificate disbursement etc.)
• Perform software-based visitor management system & maintain manual register for documents disbursement
• Support management or departments by undertaking special assignments as needed
• Willingness to work in SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing)

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate from any discipline
• Experienced candidates will get preference. Freshers are also encouraged to apply
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skill in Bangla & English (both written and spoken)
