Akij Venture Ltd. (AVL) Career

Post Name: Manager/Sr. Manager, Sales Admin
The candidate will be responsible to:

• Serve as a point of contact for sales department for all sales admin-related issues and provide support to sales force with a view to ensure smooth sales operation for the Company
• Oversee distributor management through distributors appointment, termination, area division, registration, final settlement, conference and ensure credit support for distributor (off season, Eid & Special occasion)
• Participate in all required strategic business and quarterly performance review meeting and continuously assist the management in formulating strategic plans
• Establish effective strategies for the areas of responsibility, such as: TA/DA bills verifica- tion, ledger update & maintenance and improvement of operating performance of existing processes
• Analyse return on investment of distributors and on time bill payment (River & Hill Commission, city allowance & DSR Incentive)

Experience:

• Atleast 10 years of relevant work experience from any reputed organization
• Beverage/Food/Manufacturing/Group of Companies experience will be given preference

Requirements:

• MBA or Masters from any reputed university
• Sound knowledge about Strategic Planning, Decision Making & Leadership Skills

Compensation & other benefits: Provident fund, Gratuity, Life and Medical Insurance, Leave Fare Assistance (LFA), Salary Review: Yearly, Festival Bonus: 2 yearly.
